Returns Policy

St Alexander's offers a no question's asked 30 day return policy on all merchandise that you purchase blank (without monogramming). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on monogrammed items.

We will refund the full cost of blank items, but the cost of shipping (both the orignal shipping and the shipping cost incurred to return the item to us) is not refundable and customer is responsible for returning item to us prior to credit.
