St. Alexander's Delivery Times
When St. Alexander's first starting selling unique gifts for men, we had a very small product line. In those days, everything was in stock.Since our launch in 2003, St. Alexanders has grown to a catalog of nearly 1,000 gifts. So, everything isn't always in stock and this is the first determining factor for how quickly we can ship your gift choice. If time is of the essence, choose items that are in stock (they are clearly indicated).
Items that are in stock generally ship the same day (M-F) if ordered before 2pm and the next business day if ordered after 2pm weekdays or on the weekend.
Personalized Gift Delivery Times
Any gift that is ordered as a personalized gift with either engraving or debossing will require more time to process. Our "official" position on the time it takes to make a "personalized gift" is 2 - 3 business days. Does it really take us that long to engrave an item? No, and in many cases personalized gifts do go out the same day as ordered, since we have our own "in-house" engraving machine. But, the volume of orders we receive day to day means we cannot guarantee to ship a personalized gift right away, so officially we're telling you it will be 2 - 3 days after you order a personalized gift before we can ship it! We'll try to do it quicker though, but no promises :)

For out of stock and special order gifts, the delivery time will vary. Feel free to contact us to inquire about a specific item (please include item #).
The Bottom Line
The bottom line on delivery times is this: in stock, non-personalized gifts are the fastest, usually shipping the same day. In stock, personalized gifts are the next fastest gifts to ship to you. Out of stock items can sometimes ship within a week as many of our suppliers have frequent and regular shipments to us. But occasionally, a unique gift we've chosen to offer to our customers is a unique piece that requires a few weeks to bring to you. As always, inquire with us if you have questions.
