How can I tell if a gift is in-stock?

Our website is linked with our inventory system, so you can look at any item and determine if it is "in stock." The status is "up-to-the-minute."

How long does engraving take?

St. Alexander's owns and operates its own engraving equipment. This allows us to make personalized gifts from our catalog very quickly for in-stock items. Due to order volumes, we ask for 2 - 3 business days to personalize your gift.

Can I return something I order from St. Alexanders

Yes, please see our returns policy. It's very generous but there are a couple of restrictions to be aware of before you order.
